Prelude 2026

"Prelude 2026" at DBS Global University focused on developing student's professional skills, leadership qualities, and digital competencies through a series of engaging academic and experiential sessions. The day was carefully coordinated by the Day In charge team to ensure smooth execution of the schedule and active student participation.

The day began with an interactive Marketing Club session led by Dr. Vartika Bisht, followed by an insightful Power Dressing workshop conducted by Ms. Neerja Sisodia and Dr. Rashmi, helping students understand the importance of professional appearance and personal branding. Students also attended an inspiring address by Dr. Rajeev Bhardwaj (PVC), who encouraged them to embrace leadership, innovation, and lifelong learning throughout their MBA journey.

Post lunch, the cohort participated in an intensive AI Literacy Bootcamp, where Dr. Raghav Upadhyay and Dr. Partha Pratim introduced students to the growing role of Artificial Intelligence in business and management. The learning continued with a DAC Session by Prof. Aman Bisht and Prof. Tushar Shrivastava, featuring presentations of the top Pre-Induction Assignments, recognizing students' creativity, preparation, and academic excellence.

The day concluded with an engaging Learning through Cases session led by Dr. Suresh Iyer and Dr. Partha Pratim, encouraging students to apply analytical thinking to real-world business scenarios. Students also documented their daily reflections through blogs, photos, videos, reels, and social media posts, with outstanding engagement set to be recognized reinforcing the importance of reflection, collaboration, and digital storytelling as part of their MBA experience.
